Shipping and Handling

Payment

We accept Visa, Paypal, Mastercard and American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit / debit card to use it.

All credit / debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to The Pantry Underwear, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Shipping and delivery

All UK & International orders are shipped via Royal Mail ( unless another service is selected or requested ) and are sent via a tracked service. Some will require a signature on receipt, if they cannot be posted through the letter box. To ship using an alternative service, reach out to us for a quote via hello@thepantryunderwear.com.

Standard Delivery [£2.99] takes 3-5 working days ( plus one day handling ) from the day the order was placed, providing that it was placed before 12pm.

Express Delivery [£5.99] takes 1-2 working days ( plus one day handling ) from the day the order was placed, providing that it was placed before 12pm.

Orders up to €150

Orders up to €150 in value ( before tax ) will be billed local sales taxes at checkout - once you’ve entered a shipping location, the tax amount will be displayed. You can check your country’s standard tax rate here.

Orders under €150 should not be billed any additional fees upon delivery. If you have paid local sales tax at checkout and are asked to pay any additional fees on delivery, please refuse the parcel and contact hello@thepantryunderwear.com.

Orders over €150

Orders over €150 value ( before tax ) will not be billed local sales tax at checkout, and are likely to be billed sales tax and import duties (plus an administrative fee) on delivery. These costs are the buyer's responsibility, and The Pantry Underwear will not cover any of these charges. For more information on local sales taxes, we advise checking with your local postal service, or using an online customs calculator.

International Shipping ( excluding European Union destinations )

£14.99 standard shipping orders under £75.

£19.99 standard shipping orders over £75.

Australia

£14.99 standard shipping on all orders.

Rest Of The World

We ship worldwide. Depending on your location, please allow up to 10 working days ( plus one day handling ) for your delivery, sometimes delivery can take longer. If you require your delivery earlier, please contact us at hello@thepantryunderwear.com to arrange this and we will accommodate wherever possible.

We use Royal Mail to send our International parcels. After receiving the parcel Royal Mail will use the domestic postal company of the destination country ( eg. Deutsche Post, USPS, Australia Post ). If you wish to ship express with another courier to ensure arrival by a specific date, email hello@thepantryunderwear.com.

The Pantry Underwear will not cover any customs charges incurred during shipping, and these will be the buyer's responsibility. For more information on local sales taxes, we advise checking with your local postal service, or using an online customs calculator.

Important Information

All orders are fully trackable.

The Pantry Underwear cannot be held responsible for delays due to exceptional circumstances, such as a strikes or adverse weather conditions. In such a scenario we will handle cases on an individual basis and provide relevant updates.
